Session Policies
Cancellation and Rescheduling
Please give 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your session. If you're sick, same-day cancellations are fine, just let me know as soon as you can. You can reach me by email or reply to your booking confirmation if you booked online.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, we'll work within the remaining time to honor the session end time. For example, if you arrive 15 minutes late for a 60-minute session, we'll have 45 minutes together.
No-Shows
If you miss your session without notice: Monthly members: It will count as your session for that month. Single sessions: The session fee is non-refundable.
Makeup Sessions (Monthly Members)
If you need to skip a month, you can carry one unused session forward to the following month, up to twice per year. Just let me know in advance.
Cancellations by Me
If I need to cancel or reschedule your session, I'll give you as much notice as possible and we'll find another time that works for you.
Canceling Your Monthly Membership
You can cancel your membership at any time with no penalty. Please email me at least 5 days before your billing cycle renews, or manage your subscription directly through your Stripe customer portal here.
