Reiki Level 1 Training:
Hands-on Healing
This is a four-week course where you'll learn the foundations of reiki, like traditional hand positions, self-treatment, and treating others (including animals and plants).
We'll spend plenty of time practicing together so you leave feeling confident and ready to work with this gentle, powerful healing practice.

What's Included:
Four sessions: Tuesdays, 12:00–1:30pm (June 9, 16, 23, 30)
Training manual
A handmade journal, imbued with reiki, for your notes and practice reflections
Plenty of hands-on practice time during class
Personal attention in a small group (maximum 4 students)
Who This Is For:
No experience needed. This training is for anyone curious about reiki, wanting to deepen their self-care practice, or interested in offering reiki to others.
About the teacher:
I'm Marika Esarey, a Karuna Reiki Master with over a decade of practice and 500+ healing sessions. I love teaching this work to people who are ready to trust themselves more deeply, reconnect with their intuition, and stop treating their lives (and themselves) like a problem to fix.
Cost:
$275 (Includes training, manual, handmade journal, and attunement—everything you need to begin your reiki practice. Payment plans available, just contact me.)

Wear something comfortable. During class we’ll spend some time sitting, standing, and lying down.

Bring your training manual and notebook (which you’ll receive in the first class), and something to write with. You may want to bring water to drink.

It depends on which session you miss. If you miss the attunement, you’ll need to re-take that during a future class if you want your Reiki 1 certificate.
If you miss a practice session, you can attend a reiki sharing circle as a make up class.

Yes! This is perfect for people with no reiki experience, or for experienced practitioners who want a refresh.

There are no refunds for this training. If you cannot make the training because of illness or an emergency, let me know. You can take another reiki 1 training within the next year.
